We found Mark and his team not only approachable, reliable and efficient, but extremely willing and flexible in their approach to the team-build.

Mark was referred to us by a colleague of mine at FNB, and whilst his initial ideas were great, I wanted many of my own ideas incorporated into his plan. Mark was able to do this with a great deal of effort no doubt on his part, but showing little humiliation or frustration. Mark was able to make contact with the charities we wanted included in our event, strike up relationships and provide a good positive image as a continuation of our company brand. He was also willing to source additional materials for us, showing a spirit that was one of going beyond the "contract". Mark was always available on his phone should I need to get hold of him, and although I am quite controlling, Mark was very relaxed which I found quite refreshing. I would highly recommend Mark and Blue Hat.
